HCMC – HCMC police have arrested three males who lately tried to rob Saigon Thuong Tin Business Joint Inventory Financial institution (Sacombank) utilizing a bogus gun.
Truong Minh Thien, a resident of District 8, along with Truong Vinh Xuong and Ha Vy Toan, who dwell in District 5, have admitted to holding up the financial institution, saying they wanted cash to repay their money owed.
An investigation discovered that they gathered at a transaction workplace of Sacombank on Tran Hung Dao Road, District 5 on March 1, planning to grab the purses of people that withdrew cash on the transaction workplace.
